Hyvee charges $15 for local flower delivery. Not for the arrangement. JUST a delivery charge. For DELIVERING. However, they have doordash DO THE DELIVERING, for $2. The floral manager Jodi was extremely upset with me for asking how this is even possible. Jodi stated she needs to charge $15 for maintenance of the hyvee van. However, When I am making the delivery IN MY PERSONAL VEHICLE, that means it’s MY MAINTENACE COSTS. NOT HYVEE. The store director also was pretty hot tempered and very upset with me for asking questions of why this is possible. The Hy-Vee e-commerce manager Kevin, stated I needed to direct my questions towards doordash. I reached out to DoorDash. Doordash stated they are NOT AWARE OF HY-VEE COLLECTING $15 for delivery. But, doordash DID CONFIRM, however, Hyvee placed one order for $2. And the next for $2.75. I got them both. I started asking questions. Now we are here.

Walked in to get some flowers today. I was immediately greeted with rudeness. There was one lady working that was kind that tried to help me. The other one not so much. Needless to say I went elsewhere. I have never had a bad experience at Hyvee floral department until today. They normally go above and beyond, but today they fell short.

Hey-Vee flower department is always on point! Whether I go and then pick up or I have delivered I’m always satisfied and they always go above and beyond!

My aunt ordered me a bouquet for my birthday (the 27th of February) and got confirmation that they were delivered. She found out two days later that I never got them. The driver said "nobody lives there," when it's super obvious our house has people living here. They were supposed to deliver them the 2nd after 6pm but came early and nobody was home and then they were supposed to deliver them tonight (the 3rd) around 6 and it's 7pm....still no flowers. They should have never confirmed delivery in the first place and reached out to her, this whole thing has been handled so poorly I'm stunned. Edit: the manager just dropped them off and was very apologetic as well as professional and sweet. I'm assuming I just got unlucky and had a rare bad expierence but because they confirmed delivery without telling my aunt otherwise, I'm keeping my rating the same.

I had ordered for a delivery on Valentine's Day and realized I gave the wrong house number. I called and spoke with Sarah, she was amazing. On one of their busiest days she tracked down my order, made sure it hadn't yet been delivered and had the address corrected for me. I was very thankful that she was able to help me make the correction so the right person got the flowers!
